Chillywebs Hosting strictly follows set of rules and terms violating them will lead to suspension of accounts and also we are ready to screw you up legally.(Harsh words but need to say)
We do not allow these or links to site who have these:

• 1. PHP Scripts & Scripts which can harm Server or may the need PHP settings to be changed.
• 2. Bulk Email related products
• 3. Hosting or Linking Illegal material like Pirated software/Pornography/Nudity/Adult Content etc
• 4. Hacking/cracking related websites, Warez, Worms, Virus and/or copyrighted MP3s, Illegal material or material that is against public policy.
• 5. Free Hosting,Gambling,Proxy Surfing Sites,Game Servers,Loan Sites,Bank Sites,Scam Sites,HYIP Sites.
• 6. Bulk File Storage And Audio Video Streaming.
• 7. Background Running Programs (bots/daemons/monitors)
• 8. Sites containing or linking to material that may be considered detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare. (Such as, but not limited to: Anarchists Cookbook, bomb making, weapon information, or anything else that may be considered detrimental or illegal.)
• 9. We do not allow IRC (Internet Relay Chat) or IRC bots to be operated on our servers
• 10. We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as a account option. Clients are free to use any and all of the three chat systems that come pre-installed on all accounts.
• 11. SPAMing, or the sending of unsolicited email is STRICTLY prohibited

Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account LIFETIME suspension and/or deactivation without intimation and no-refund, including the suspension of all the accounts under it. They are blacklisted for life.

Please help us maintain the server integrity and health. Its for your own good as a healthy server will give you more profit than a customer voilting the above policies.

To summarize, following are not allowed on the server:

• 1. Any script which is poorly programmed and consumes huge system resources.
• 2. Spamming scripts
• 3. Adult Contents
• 4. MP3/Warez/Downloads/Data Dump
• 5. Any illegal contents
• 6. Any script/malicious code which may intrude with Server data and other sites.

If any account is found to be involved in such a practice, we reserve the right to terminate/suspend the entire hosting account without prior intimation, which may cause all your addon domains to be suspended as well.?
